Phosphorus is actively searching for an experienced sales professionals to sustain the tremendous growth we are experiencing. We are looking to fill positions in the U.S. East, U.S. Central and U.S. West regions. Each role will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process with target companies from prospecting to identifying opportunities to closing contracts with the goal of meeting yearly revenue and growth objectives. This role will be instrumental in building and executing the territory go-to-market plan, including direct and indirect selling strategies. Your experience and knowledge to advance the Phosphorus brand while increasing the understood value of the Phosphorus offerings. Collaboration and working with all teams internally to advocate and educate around the customer requirements will be one of many aspects of this role. This is a high-energy, fast-paced and evolving position, being comfortable with change is a must, as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization.
Responsibilities:
Achieve yearly quota base on assigned territory
Build 3x quota pipeline with consistent growth and results
Evangelize xIoT security needs and next generation solutions
Create a relevant territory plan
Build and strengthen your business relationship with all accounts
Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through market research, active networking, and utilizing business referrals
Build relationships with key individuals in target accounts
Build relationships with regional VARs and technology partners
Proactively keep abreast of industry initiatives and news
Diligently manage time spent across major selling activities: prospecting, opportunity management, customer growth and internal activities (like Salesforce.com hygiene)
Qualifications:
7+ years of work experience - Cybersecurity experience required
Strong knowledge of vertical markets and needs in financial services, healthcare, hospitality and data centers are a strong plus
Proven track record of developing a sales strategy and overachieving sales objectives.
Proven track record of selling into territory accounts
Proven track record of building partner and integrator relationships
A demonstrated strong work ethic focused on achieving goals.
Excellent communication skills.
Individually driven with ability to effectively manage work time.
Great cross-functional working relationships are necessary
