From intraoral and extraoral imaging equipment to CAD/CAM solutions, imaging analysis software to practice management systems, Carestream Dental technology captures two billion images annually and aids in more precise diagnoses, improved workflows and superior patient care.

 

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Dental Service Organization (DSO) and Government Accounts team, responsible for achieving both sales performance and customer experience expectations while driving top- and bottom-line financial goals for Carestream Dental’s full suite of products, services, and solutions—including CBCT imaging systems sold into U.S. federal government agencies. This is a remote position.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish value-add relationships with all stakeholders of buying decision with each customer to effectively position Carestream Dental solutions.
  • Serve as primary sales consultant for assigned Dental Service Organizations (DSO).
  • Create and execute business plans for each customer including targets and strategies for expanding sales of the full suite of products, and solutions while retaining the
  • Deliver demonstrations and required technical/support information to prospective and current
  • Plan the market activities to support strategic objectives including strategic marketing
  • Document all current and prospective sales activity, internally, bringing customers through a sales cycle.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and related documentation as
  • Safely participate in trade shows and marketing events in person and virtually in North America.
  • Comfortable interacting with C-suite decision makers and able articulate the financial benefits to their business.
Education and Experience Preferred:
  • Strategic, consultative selling approach
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Biological Sciences, or related field
  • At least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in dental, medical imaging, or healthcare technology
  • Existing relationships within the DSO and/or federal healthcare space strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success selling dental capital equipment, including CBCT or advanced imaging solutions
  • Experience selling into government or public sector accounts, with familiarity navigating procurement processes and contract vehicles (preferred)
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers and gain access to C-suite and senior government stakeholders
  • Effective management of sales forecasts and pipeline across targeted accounts
  • Ability to work closely and cohesively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
