  • Consumer Engagement Storytelling – Craft compelling sales narratives using behavioral insights and data to demonstrate the value of SPINS Shopper Experience solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing, analytics, customer success, and pricing teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Pipeline & Performance Management – Use CRM and analytics tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Profitability Focus – Maintain strong margin discipline across your book of business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in CPG sales, shopper marketing, retail media, or digital advertising
  • A proven track record in growing accounts and achieving sales goals
  • A passion for consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and digital innovation
  • Proven success engaging with brand teams, agencies, and retail partners
  • An understanding of Shoppable Landing Pages, Shoppable Media, Social Media Strategy, Media Measurement and more
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence decision-makers
  • Comfortable navigating light technical conversations and collaborating with product teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io), and campaign analytics
