The Group Benefits organization oversees the strategic direction, growth, and management of MetLife's industry-leading U.S. employee benefits business.

The expected salary range for this position is 50,000-70,000. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation under the sales plan for the position. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

How You'll Help Us Build a More Confident Future:
- Reports to the Head of PEO, Payroll and Staffing and is accountable for the overall growth and persistency of the Staffing book of business.
- Responsible for owning as well as developing relationships with key brokers, consultants, decision makers, and customers within the Staffing markets.
- Responsible for onboarding new relationships while fostering growth within our existing portfolio of relationships.
- Manages a block of business to ensure accountability and growth through new sales, additional coverage, and second sale opportunities.
- Establishes growth plans for customers in their territory in collaboration with Brokers, Consultants, General Agents, and TPE partners.
- Develops and implements strategies to enhance Sales, Persistency, and Profitability.
- Conducts annual Stewardship Meetings in partnership with Service, Implementation, and Underwriting partners.
- The position requires travel and support of national industry events and conferences.
What You Need To Succeed:
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in group insurance, successfully selling and servicing related products.
- Appropriate licensing as required: Life & Health within 90 days of hire and P&C within 12 months of hire.
- Strong customer focus and advanced relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Staffing businesses.
- Strong ability to build partnerships.
- Expert knowledge of supported products, markets, and intermediaries is preferred.
