KSCS is seeking successful, experienced, character-driven, strategic Account Executives with previous supply chain management software solutions sales experience at the enterprise level to sell world-class software solutions This role serves as a trusted advisor to both current and prospective customers, fostering relationships that drive success for both the customer and KSCS.

What a day in the life looks like:
•    Determine and implement a strategic plan for engaging with prospects and existing customers, driving end-to-end sales processes to meet or exceed annual sales quotas.
•    Create and present compelling, ROI-driven value propositions tailored to customer needs and objectives.
•    Work closely with internal teams, including presales, solution consulting, marketing, customer success, and field sales representatives to maximize customer outcomes.
•    Guide sales opportunities through the entire cycle, from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
•    Continuously monitor and analyze customer’s technology environment, business goals, and competitive landscape to maintain expertise on market trends and customer strategies.
•    Conduct regular discovery sessions and presentations to share insights, provide value-based solutions, and advance customer decision-making processes.
•    This is a remote-based role with significant travel (up to 75%) within the U.S.

What you bring to the team:
•    Comfortable engaging and influencing senior executives and decision-makers through white-spacing, new business development, and proactive lead generation.
•    Extensive consultative experience in large enterprise software sales, preferably with a proven track record in complex, high-value sales ($250K+ deals with long sales cycles).
•    Background in supply chain management solutions and familiarity with the software needs of the 3PL, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail and CPG industries.
•    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-selling environment utilizing strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
•    Interest in staying current with KSCS’s evolving cloud offerings & market developments to best position products that meet evolving customer needs & solutions. 
•    Customer Relationship Management: Proven skills in maintaining long-term, productive customer relationships.

Salary range* From 125,000 USD + commission.
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
