WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As an Account Executive you will drive H1’s business to meet revenue goals. You’ll play a hybrid role supporting both existing customer accounts and new business efforts. You’ll work closely with senior members of the sales team, helping them prepare for meetings, nurture key relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. You’ll also engage directly with prospects and customers becoming a trusted partner and a critical part of our commercial goals.
You will:
- Own and manage a book of business, driving renewals, expansion, and win-back opportunities within your assigned accounts
- Drive new business development by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into long-term partners
- Lead the sales process from outreach to close, including discovery calls, presentations, contract negotiations, and deal execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful implementations.
- Track and report sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and strategic insights to support company growth objectives.
- Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to align H1’s solutions with their strategic priorities.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a quota-carrying sales professional who thrives on owning a book of business, navigating multi-tiered accounts, and delivering predictable renewal and expansion outcomes. You are skilled in outbound prospecting and relationship development and excel in consultative deal management from first touch to signature.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in building outbound pipeline and converting prospects into qualified opportunities
- You have prior experience running sales cycles and negotiating deals in the $250K - $700k ARR range
- Excellent discovery, relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- You are comfortable with traveling to customers 20% of the time
COMPENSATION
This role pays $75,000 to $100,000 base salary per year, based on experience, plus variable commission, based on performance, in addition to stock options.
