Job Duties and Responsibilities
Boost Mobile is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage Boost Mobile store performance in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you'll collaborate with store owners to optimize operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance. Responsibilities include project management, team leadership, sales training, and coaching for frontline teams. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for store inquiries and ensuring smooth operations. Your expertise will be key to supporting retail partners and achieving success across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail stores to provide coaching, training, and side-by-side selling with sales representatives
  • Inspect and drive marketing campaigns while ensuring Boost brand standards are upheld
  • Make daily performance calls to stores and resolve customer escalations as the first point of contact
  • Communicate with store owners to drive sales performance and implement plans to exceed sales quotas
  • Leverage local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail distribution points
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge of all Boost products and services


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of related work experience post-high school
  • 4+ years in sales and/or account management, including 3+ years in training, relationship development, or business management
  • 1+ years of experience selling wireless products or services


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, completed driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines
  • Contract or vendor relationship experience
  • Adapt well to change and enjoy working in a sales environment
  • Available to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hours
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representatives
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work well individually and as a member of a team

**Postion includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals above base salary**

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $53,000.00/Year - $70,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
