About the Role

We seek a driven and results-oriented HME Provider Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be critical in acquiring new customers and growing revenue by selling our cutting-edge solutions. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and showcase solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations tailored to their business challenges.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to improve strategies and outcomes continuously.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Results-driven and highly motivated to achieve goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel 30% at a minimum

Base Salary (based on level and experience)

$70,000 - $90,000 + Commission
