Account Executive - Eastern United States (Remote)

We are seeking a sales-driven, partner-obsessed Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales and driving adoption of our first-of-its-kind Knock Bridge Loan™—a unique solution that enables homeowners to unlock the equity in their current home to purchase their next one.

As an Account Executive (AE) at Knock, you will build and manage strategic accounts within an assigned team and territory. You’ll develop and implement scalable, repeatable strategies to grow loan applications in a B2B2C model, partnering with agents and lenders to deliver real value to their clients. Your work will directly support our mission to modernize the homeownership journey.

What You'll Do

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for prospecting new business within an assigned territory
  • Design and execute repeatable, scalable outbound outreach strategies to convert prospects into partners—lenders and agents
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers
  • Achieve monthly loan application sales targets, with a minimum expectation of 60 applications per month
  • Lead operational and strategic initiatives that grow top-of-funnel activity and drive both new and repeat applications
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including partnerships, leads, and loan applications
  • Host regular meetings and training sessions with loan officers, team leads, branch managers, and agents to share updates, review performance, and optimize use of Knock’s offerings
  • Champion collaboration and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of business development or growth experience
  • Current or former real estate or mortgage license required
  • Experience in SaaS sales is a strong plus
  • Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets 📈
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships and improving partner experiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders 🗣️
  • Performance-driven mindset with a focus on partner success

💵 Compensation and Benefits

The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Our Compensation Philosophy: As a fully remote (U.S.-based) workforce, our goal is to ensure that all Knockstars are fairly compensated.
Please note that the salary information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The salary for this position is: $75,000.00 USD + incentive plan (bonus).
