Own full-cycle new-business sales for CloudLabs: qualify, demo, propose, negotiate, and close new-logo deals. Maintain pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, sell to technical and economic buyers across enterprise, ISV, education, and training providers, and hand off won accounts to Account Management while feeding market insight to Product and Marketing.
This is a remote position.
Location: Currently remote, may transition to onsite in future - Bangalore-based candidates preferred

Spektra Systems is looking for an Account Executive to drive net-new business for CloudLabs. You will own the full sales cycle - from first conversation to signed contract - carrying a new-logo quota and building the pipeline that our Account Management team then grows.
Primary responsibilities:
- Run full-cycle new-business sales: qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Carry and deliver a new-logo quota across CloudLabs target segments.
- Build and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast in HubSpot.
- Sell a technical platform credibly to both technical and economic buyers across enterprise, ISV, education, and training provider accounts.
- Execute a clean handoff of won accounts to the Account Management team.
- Bring market, buyer, and competitive insight back into Product Marketing and Product teams.
Requirements
What you bring:
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or cloud sales, ideally mid-market to enterprise.
- Prior experience selling B2B software or IT solutions in US and international markets.
- Consistent quota attainment - bring the numbers.
- Strong discovery, storytelling, and commercial negotiation skills.
- CRM discipline and clean pipeline hygiene.
Nice to have:
- Background selling into the Microsoft ecosystem, technical training, or ISV tooling.
