As an Account Executive (AE) for ClearJet Connect, you’ll thrive in a high-paced, exciting sales environment. Your mission: introduce our radically simpler shipping model to e-commerce operators, leading high-velocity, full-cycle sales conversations that turn interest into action.
What You’ll AccomplishWithin 1 Month:
Ramp quickly on ClearJet’s product, shipping model, and customer use cases.
Master the ClearJet sales narrative, helping prospects reframe their shipping strategy away from outdated, fee-heavy carriers.
Learn and apply ClearJet’s proven sales methodology and platform to power your outbound motion.
Within 3 Months:
Execute ClearJet’s full-cycle sales motion: engage high-potential prospects, overcome objections, and demo real savings.
Lead value-based conversations about ClearJet’s core offerings:
Express: 2–3 day delivery at ground rates
Ground: 1–5 day delivery at even lower rates
Deliver a clear, confident message: “We handle the logistics, you just ship from where you are.”
Within 6 Months:
Consistently hit and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Contribute valuable feedback on messaging, objections, and process.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and help shape frontline GTM strategy.
Act as a champion of the ClearJet brand.
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, and close SMB merchants and e-commerce brands.
Generate and document daily and monthly sales activities and wins, meeting or exceeding established expectations.
Engage cold prospects using high-velocity playbooks and AI-enabled tools.
Provide detailed feedback and insights from client interactions to improve our processes and offerings.
Translate ClearJet’s value in real, tactical terms: lower shipping costs, better delivery times, and total simplicity.
Be a frontline evangelist, helping businesses rethink their dependency on major carriers.
Record pipeline progress, deal stages, and activity benchmarks in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Communicate proactively with internal teams, flagging blockers and sharing customer feedback.
Participate in regular coaching sessions to continuously improve performance and skillset.

2+ years of outbound sales experience (SDR or AE).
Familiarity with full-cycle, high-velocity sales motions.
Proficiency with Sellfire or similar tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Adaptability to different markets, products, and personas.
