About this role:

This position will lead high-impact digital initiatives, from website launches to integrated marketing campaigns that support the Consumer Lending business.  This individual contributor will play a pivotal role in transforming how we engage customers across digital channels—applying best practices that enhance the customer journey and deliver an exceptional experience.  Thriving at the intersection of digital innovation, user experience, and strategic brand storytelling, this position can sit in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN and offers a hybrid work schedule.  The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Marketing Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead campaign planning and prioritization efforts within the Consumer Lending lines of business

  • Craft actionable and inspiring customer-centric creative briefs

  • Identify best practices and implement new ways of working across digital platforms to improve speed, agility, and customer relevance

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomes

  • Manage creative development and ensure it aligns with the strategy

  • Serve as a mentor and resource to members of the Account team 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working for an advertising, branding, or marketing agency

  • Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels

  • Experience managing relationships and collaborating with external agencies

  • Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers

  • Experience presenting information in a manner that enhances understanding at all levels

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide projects and concurrent work streams

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
