We’re looking for an Account Director and European strategy lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving Regrow’s growth and influence within the European market. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our EU strategy, expanding key accounts, and building strategic partnerships to accelerate market traction. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them leverage our technology to design and scale regenerative agriculture programs that are both credible and profitable.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a strategic, cross-functional environment, excels at building high-impact relationships, and is passionate about driving long-term customer success and business growth. You will work closely with Regrow Customer Success Lead to ensure alignment on account expansion, renewals, and commercial opportunities.

What You’ll Do
EU Strategy & Market Development
• Develop and execute Regrow’s EU strategy: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our presence and influence within the European market.
• Represent Regrow at key industry events: Attend conferences, policy discussions, and stakeholder meetings to build Regrow’s network and credibility with the EU Commission, policymakers, and industry leaders.
• Build strategic partnerships: Collaborate with private organizations and industry bodies to drive market traction and create opportunities for joint initiatives.

Customer Success
• Lead account expansion strategies: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. 
• Drive renewal success: Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by aligning program outcomes with customer goals, and proactively addressing renewal opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor: Guide customers in designing and implementing regenerative agriculture programs that deliver measurable impact and ROI.
• Lead executive engagements: Prepare for and facilitate high-level meetings, such as quarterly business reviews, to align on strategic priorities and growth opportunities.
• Champion customer health: Monitor account engagement and performance, flagging risks and opportunities early to ensure proactive management.
• Lead customer project planning: Develop and manage key milestones and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and the Account Director.
• Drive executional excellence: Own day-to-day project coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met to support adoption, retention, and growth.
• Voice of the customer: Synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and Regrow’s overall value proposition.

What You Bring
• 7–10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, customer success, business development, or strategic account management, with a focus on expansion and renewals.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences and driving business growth.
• Experience in agribusiness, agriculture, or sustainability, with familiarity with EU policies, market dynamics, and stakeholder ecosystems.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at both a high level and in granular detail.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills: Comfortable engaging with executives, policymakers, and technical stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Passion for Regrow’s mission and a drive to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
