BAMKO is currently seeking an Account Coordinator with a great attitude and a passion for client excellence to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our account management team, and is responsible for securing strong, committed client relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships to increase BAMKO sales and profitability.
 
What YOU will do:
- Work alongside several Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to build and maintain client relationships to meet and exceed goals.
- Aid in efforts to expand our footprint within key accounts. Identify new opportunities and key points-of-contacts within our existing accounts.
- Serve as a main point of contact for our clients: aid in timely communication to and from the client, participate in weekly/bi-weekly status calls, and maintain project plans and provide updates when necessary.
- Work with internal resources: submit quotes/ bids for each project to internal operations team, work with key vendors to source and procure products, and review pricing and decks for final approval to the client.
- Maintain communication with warehouses regarding order status, inventory, and any pending issues.
- Maintain reports in order to track order status, shortages, billing, etc.
- Process orders as needed.
 
Who YOU are:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-2 years experience - Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
- Strong written and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment while accomplishing individual tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service capabilities.
- Motivated/proactive mindset in an exciting and robust work environment.
- Positive and friendly demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and ambition to constantly learn and improve.
- Familiarity and comfort working with spreadsheets with an aptitude for learning new software tools as needed.
- Ability to work with sales and operations teams in an environment that is high-speed and changing rapidly.
- Process-minded and results-oriented. Must be able to meet deadlines, manage stress and prioritize effectively.
