Later is the enterprise leader in social media and influencer marketing software, services, and data, trusted by leading brands and agencies worldwide. Following our acquisition of Mavely, the Everyday Influencer Platform®, Later enables brands to scale creator partnerships from nano to premium influencers while managing social media content and campaigns across all major social and affiliate networks. Through proprietary performance data, marketing leaders can drive attributable sales and optimize social commerce with our software platform or award-winning services.

Later is founded on two success stories that began in 2014: Mavrck, the industry-leading influencer marketing solution (now Later Influence™), and Later, the best social media management platform (now Later Social™) and first-to-market link in bio tool, Later Link in Bio. In 2024, Mavrck and Later officially joined together as one unified business, with a shared vision: to enable the world to make a living with their creativity.

We’re trusted by the top social platforms, with partnerships and integrations with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

We enable marketers to create high-performing content and engage in authentic collaborations with creators to reach new audiences, drive engagement, and generate predictable ROI.

About the Role

Later is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team, supporting the execution of influencer and affiliate campaigns on our Mavely platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with Campaign Account Managers to bring campaigns to life — from influencer sourcing and relationship management to campaign logistics and performance tracking.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience in the creator economy, learn best-in-class campaign execution, and contribute to driving measurable results for brands through affiliate and influencer partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Strategy

  • Assist Campaign Account Managers in planning and delivering influencer and affiliate campaigns end-to-end.

  • Research, vet, and recruit influencers aligned to campaign goals, brand values, and target audiences.

  • Coordinate campaign logistics — from contract setup to content reviews and timelines — ensuring campaigns stay on track.

  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to wrap reports that highlight outcomes and learnings.

Technical / Execution

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for influencers, providing clear briefs, creative assets, and ongoing support.

  • Ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines, FTC compliance, and campaign requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners to support long-term collaboration.

  • Review influencer-generated content for quality, brand alignment, and compliance.

  • Track KPIs and surface campaign insights that inform optimization and future planning.

  • Support internal teams by identifying risks early and flagging opportunities for improvement.

Team / Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Strategy, Operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Provide timely campaign updates, issue resolution, and clear communication to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to internal process improvements by sharing feedback and suggesting efficiencies.

What Success Looks Like
  • Campaigns are executed on time, on scope, and with high-quality influencer content.

  • Influencer and affiliate partners describe you as a reliable, trusted collaborator.

  • Campaign reporting is accurate, timely, and provides actionable insights.

  • You are growing in confidence and ownership, taking on more responsibility as you develop.

  • You are recognized internally as a go-to teammate for seamless execution and proactive problem-solving.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital campaign execution.

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

  • Comfort with Google Workspace and campaign management tools.

  • A genuine passion for influencer marketing, creator commerce, and pop culture trends.

How You Work
  • Driven by Impact: You deliver results that matter—prioritizing high-value work, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly while keeping outcomes clear.
  • Strategic & Customer-Centric: You anticipate risks and opportunities, connect decisions to long-term growth, and build trust through proactive insights.
  • Curious & Growth-Oriented: You seek knowledge, ask sharp questions, and apply learnings fast—challenging the status quo with a mindset of improvement.
  • Collaborative & Resilient: You thrive in change by staying resourceful, solution-focused, and positive—removing roadblocks, sharing insights, and keeping morale high.
  • Accountable & Honest: You own your work, hold yourself and others to a high bar, and use transparent feedback to drive growth.
  • Emotionally Intelligent: You build trust through empathy and collaboration, foster inclusion, and inspire others with grit, optimism, and integrity.
