Remote – U.S. Only | Full-Time | $45,000–$65,000

We’re Not Looking for Employees. We’re Looking for Builders.

Level Agency is looking for a detail-driven, curious, and energized Account Coordinator ready to support high-impact digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that blends performance, precision, and client partnership. This is a role for someone who’s ready to learn fast, stay organized, and use every tool (including AI) to make work smarter—not just harder.

This Isn’t for Everyone.

We’re building something rare: a place where growth, truth, and high performance go hand-in-hand.
You’ll thrive here if:

✅ You’re obsessed with details and deadlines.
✅ You love being the glue—keeping projects tight, organized, and on track.
✅ You see AI as a toolkit, not a threat.
✅ You’re proactive, collaborative, and hungry to grow.

And you’ll struggle here if:

❌ You need constant direction or follow-up.
❌ You wait for someone else to solve the problem.
❌ You view feedback as criticism instead of fuel for growth.

About Level

We’re an AI-powered performance marketing agency—built for precision, designed to scale, and powered by a scientific mindset. At Level, we blend strategy, media, creative, and machine intelligence to deliver outcomes that matter. Every time. At scale.

We’ve been named one of Pittsburgh’s Best Places to Work and an Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Company. Our clients span ecommerce, B2B, education, healthcare, and beyond. And our team? Fully remote, deeply collaborative, and relentlessly driven.

Your Role (and Impact)

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll help keep client engagements organized, efficient, and forward-moving. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to track progress, support communication, and keep the engine running smoothly.

You’ll:

  • Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables
  • Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings
  • Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking
  • Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback
  • Learn the basics of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to support strategy and execution
  • Create and compile data reports with guidance from media team
  • Support the team in identifying account growth opportunities
  • Stay on top of performance marketing trends and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goals
  • Complete relevant certifications and training to deepen your knowledge

Requirements

Must-Have Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing career
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUp
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
  • Some hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QA
  • Understanding of project coordination in a client-facing environment
AI Expectations

At Level, AI is a skillset—not a shortcut.

In this role, you’ll be expected to:

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Perplexity to improve how you work
  • Share your prompts, process improvements, and ideas with the team
  • Experiment regularly and refine your workflows over time
  • Embrace discomfort as part of the learning process
  • Apply AI tools to increase your speed, clarity, and creativity—not to replace thoughtful work
Our Core Values
  • No Ego, All In
We don’t do “that’s not my job.” We win together.
  • Better Every Day
We want the feedback—even when it stings.
  • Relentless for Results
    Activity is nothing without outcomes.
  • Driven by Truth
We challenge assumptions and follow the data.
