Job Responsibilities:

  • Regular communication with enterprise customers and regional (global) partners (resellers, distributors, system integrators, enterprise customers)
  • Ownership and pipeline management of opportunities for renewals, extensions of existing business in Salesforce
  • Work with customers and partners to streamline renewals through proactive communication
  • Proactive communication with partners and customers for possible upsell of existing installations
  • Quote generation, regular cadence of customer notification, and diligent follow up
  • License and records data administration, validation, license prorating and co-terming
  • Collaboration with internal teams; alignment with Services, Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, Accounting
  • Order processing and facilitation of AR procedures (Invoicing, Purchase Orders, etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or sales administration functions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office applications
  • Effective teamwork, ability to work independently and think critically
  • Strong communication, process management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with US based clients

Salary Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $72,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
