The ACA Partner Account Executive at Equifax Workforce Solutions is responsible for identifying and securing third party business partners that are re-sellers and/or provide referrals that drive incremental new business to support the Affordable Care Act product line. This individual will evaluate market data and sales prospects in order to determine growth opportunities, extend new business relationships. The responsibilities include; defining alliance strategy, negotiating relationship and business terms with respective business partners, establishing go to market approach and material for internal and external use, and working cross functionally to execute on growth initiatives.
What you will do:
- Monitor markets, industries, companies, competitors and sales activities in order to identify business development opportunities via partner channels
- Pursue sales opportunities with third parties where ACA does not already exist or where there is scope to complement a partner’s existing ACA business (e.g. via State Reporting capability, via print and distribution capability)
- Works closely with internal colleagues in Product, Operations, Technology and Service teams to evaluate and execute on new business opportunities.
- Responsible for identifying, investigating, analyzing and negotiating new partnerships
- Responsible for negotiating business terms and works with legal to develop and execute partnership agreements
- Work with the Operations & Implementation teams in support of technical integrations required to execute business partnerships
- Collaborates with the ACA Solution Engineer and Partner Strategy leader to maintain momentum for new partner pursuits
- Develop deep broker relationships to support ACA business growth
What experience you need:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years alliance business development experience
- Ability to Develop and maintain strong relationships within the broker community, effectively positioning and selling product offerings through these channels.
- Proven senior commercial experience in a fast paced sales environment
- Experience managing strategic and complex third party relationships
- Cross functional team leadership experience and skills

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $115,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program at approximately 50%. The application window is anticipated to close on March 27, 2026. This date is a good faith estimate only and may be modified where necessary.
