Here, you’ll get more than a role: you’ll gain international exposure, meaningful learning opportunities, and room to grow your career while being part of a vibrant, supportive culture.

Role Overview
- Great outbound isn’t about turning up the volume. It’s about turning up the relevance.
- As our ABM and Outbound Marketing Specialist, you’ll own targeted B2B outbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns designed to identify high-fit accounts, reach the right decision-makers, and turn meaningful digital conversations into genuine Sales opportunities.

From account research and segmentation to personalized outreach, sequences, automation, and campaign optimization, you’ll have genuine ownership of how the outbound motion performs.
- This is a hands-on role for someone with strong commercial and prospecting judgment. You’ll be trusted to analyze what’s working, investigate what isn’t, and make evidence-based decisions to improve results.
- And no, this isn’t a cold-calling role. Phone and SMS outreach sit with Sales. Your focus is digital outbound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B outbound and ABM strategies based on agreed ICPs, industries, markets, personas, and named accounts.
- Research, segment, prioritize, and engage high-fit accounts and decision-makers.
- Manage email outreach and LinkedIn social selling, including personalized outreach and follow-ups.

- Build and optimize outbound sequences, workflows, automations, and campaign plays.
- Use AI for prospect research, personalization, campaign development, analysis, and workflow design.
- Apply human judgment to ensure accuracy, relevance, and commercial quality when using AI.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Test and refine targeting, messaging, sequencing, and follow-up strategies.
- Use prospect responses, objections, buying signals, Sales feedback, and downstream outcomes to improve campaigns.
- Maintain accurate prospect, engagement, booking, handoff, and campaign records.
- Manage outbound inboxes, replies, lead lifecycle activity, and CRM hygiene.
- Monitor email deliverability fundamentals and sender health.
- Escalate technical deliverability issues when required.
- Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, handoffs, and downstream outcomes.
- Track appointments, qualified handoffs, pipeline activity, and commercial impact.
