Intetics is seeking a Lead Generation Research Analyst to support the CEO in discovering new business opportunities, partnerships, and market insights.

This is a research-driven role focused on identifying relevant companies, industries, and technologies - and translating that information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on markets, industries, and potential client segments.
  • Identify and qualify business leads and strategic partners using databases, public sources, and AI tools.
  • Build and maintain structured lead databases and research reports.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate ideas for new lead channels and outreach strategies.
  • Use Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Browse AI) to accelerate and automate research tasks.
  • Occasionally support administrative coordination related to research or outreach.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in research, business development, or lead generation.
  • Exceptional analytical and written communication skills (English C1+).
  • Proven ability to transform data into clear insights and business actions.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and similar research tools.
  • Confidence in using AI tools for automation and information synthesis.
  • Attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to work independently.
