862 - Graphic Designer

We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design book interiors and covers using Adobe InDesign with pre-press and print-ready file preparation.
• Collaborate with our editorial and production teams to bring our stories to life in compelling, 
• Work with illustrators as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy in artwork across projects.
• Create graphics for all marketing materials including: Social media posts, Email newsletters, Digital ads, Sales & marketing decks, Event signage and print collateral.
• Maintain and update website images, banners, and product visuals as needed.
• Schedule and manage campaigns through Klaviyo (email marketing platform).
• Uphold and evolve the Lil’ Libros visual brand identity.
• Help ensure every visual output feels authentic, culturally respectful, and aligned with our mission.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in publishing or a creative brand.
•  Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
•  Strong experience with preparing files for print (color, bleed, layout, resolution, etc.)
•  Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms (preferred but not required)
•  Solid understanding of web graphics and CMS tools (Shopify experience a plus)
•  Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and Spanish.
•  Passionate about multicultural storytelling and children’s content.
•  Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
