We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Design static creative assets for both on-premise and off-premise activations
  • Develop POP (Point-of-Purchase) and sales materials.
  • Create ad-hoc marketing deliverables, including sales sheets, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Build authentic, culturally relevant campaigns for Chinese-American audiences in the U.S.
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal campaign strategies (e.g., Summer, Moon Festival, etc.)
  • Work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure the creative aligns with brand objectives and cultural tone.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken); deep understanding of Chinese cultural nuances
  • Strong cultural knowledge is required.
  • POP design experience is required.
  • Experience developing creative for multicultural audiences, particularly the Chinese- American market.
  • Proven experience in graphic design for CPG, food & beverage is a Plus.
  • Marketing background or strong marketing intuition—especially within the spirits or alcohol space is a Plus.
  • Familiarity with both on-premise and off-premise marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on fast timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to align creative with brand objectives and cultural sensitivities.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this part time position varies from (USD) $1,800 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
