We need an English-fluent Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and customize Oracle Cloud solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, and reports to meet business requirements.
  • Support data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (HR, Time & Labor, Payroll).
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Oracle Cloud technical certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
