Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

You will serve as the technical bridge between the customers and the product. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer success through expert technical guidance, seamless onboarding, and ongoing support. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, configure solutions that meet their goals, and help them maximize value from the platform.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or similar)
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with data integration, APIs, and database concepts
  • Proven track record of managing multiple customer projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others succeed

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Background in software development or engineering
  • Experience in a SaaS or B2B technology company
  • Understanding of enterprise software implementation methodologies

Responsibilities:

- Customer Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions — understanding what the customer actually needs and explaining the answer clearly
  • Know when and how to escalate an issue, and keep the customer informed
  • Translate customer-reported issues into clear, reproducible write-ups for software engineers to investigate and fix
  • Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and product adoption

- Customer Setup & Expansion

  • Help with new customer onboarding: Configure accounts, setup data, validate data connections, and confirm setup meets the customer's goals
  • Expand and reconfigure existing customer setups as their needs grow — new data, new use cases, additional users, or additional capabilities
  • Partner with Sales to translate customer requirements into technical configuration
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for customer implementations

- Technical Expertise & Problem Solving

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with engineering teams to resolve complex problems
  • Stay current on product features, capabilities, and best practices
  • Develop deep understanding of customer use cases and industry-specific requirements
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base and customer-facing documentation
