We need an English-fluent Senior Marketing Data Scientist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large volumes of customer, CRM, media, healthcare, and behavioral data to identify patterns and business drivers.
  • Develop measurement frameworks for pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing initiatives.
  • Build segmentation models, behavioral analyses, audience scoring models, attribution methodologies, and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Leverage Python, SQL, AI tools, and workflow automation to accelerate analytics delivery.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into business language and prepare executive-ready presentations.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner for Strategy, Media, and Client Services teams.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, Healthcare and Pharma Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Measurement & Attribution.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare marketing, paid media analytics, CRM and customer engagement analytics, and marketing measurement and attribution.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, data modeling, predictive analytics, Power BI, and data transformation and ETL concepts.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings, present complex concepts to non-technical audiences, and produce executive-level insights.
  • Comfortable working within U.S. Eastern Time business hours and collaborating with U.S.-based teams.

It's a Plus:

  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), machine learning, forecasting, Azure ecosystem, AI-assisted analytics workflows, and marketing attribution frameworks.
  • Demonstrates characteristics such as curiosity, autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $2,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
