We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Mid Graphic Designer, based in Brazil, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt toolkits into a wide range of retail and e-commerce assets (PDP images, display ads, email modules, circulars, shelf blades, in-store signage, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency, visual precision, and adherence to retailer design systems, technical specs and established brand guidelines.
  • Execute both static and basic dynamic versions of assets when required.
  • Assist in assembling, designing and revising commerce campaign toolkits based on existing key visuals.
  • Design and edit consistent and professional presentation slide decks when required.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure files are clean, accurate, and production-ready.
  • Manage version control, file organization, asset naming, and proper packaging for hand-off.
  • Work closely with Art Directors and senior team members to interpret briefs, understand priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Use established workflow, communication, and asset-management systems to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Iterate designs quickly and accurately based on internal reviews, retailer feedback, or guidance from the Art Director.
  • Take initiative to ask questions and clarify ambiguity immediately, when needed.
  • Maintain composure and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Support accurate, organized file and asset delivery to ensure seamless hand-off to media and account teams.
  • Proactively identify inconsistencies or missing toolkit elements and flag issues to the Art Director for resolution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience within retail, e-commerce, shopper marketing, or CPG environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma and After Effects is a plus.
  • Proven ability to execute retailer-ready assets with high attention to detail, consistency and technical accuracy.
  • Experience working in structured workflows, following detailed guidelines, and managing multiple versions of assets.
  • Interest in and knowledge of evolving AI tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed, remote teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, absorb feedback, and pivot under shifting priorities.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.

Here are the steps for this process:
Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.
