The Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, support API implementation, analyze processes, and collaborate in an Agile environment.
Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for integration with the credit pipeline
- Support the implementation of an API that will enable the credit pipeline to:
- create loan agreements
- generate repayment schedules
- support the process up to the loan disbursement stage
- Analyze and describe current and target business processes (as-is / to-be)
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the development team
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution design
- Define tasks for developers and support the implementation process
- Participate in evaluating and validating vendor technical solutions
- Collaborate within an Agile project environment (Scrum / Kanban)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in banking, insurance, or financial IT
- Hands-on experience with RS-Bank v6 is mandatory
- Good understanding of banking processes, primarily in the lending domain
- Experience with API integration projects
- Ability to model and document business processes (as-is / to-be)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate unclear business needs into structured specifications
- Experience in task definition for developers and supporting the delivery process
- Understanding of technical architecture and ability to evaluate vendor solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)
- English level: A2 or higher
