1059- QA Lead

We need an English-fluent QA Lead, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the overall QA strategy aligned with business and product goals
• Establish, optimize, and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Coordinate and oversee multiple types of testing (functional, regression, integration, performance, etc.) across concurrent projects
• Perform risk and impact analysis to adjust testing scope, priorities, and methodologies accordingly
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery
• Actively participate in hands-on testing activities when needed, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking

Requirements:

• 3+ Proven experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience managing and mentoring QA teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects and testing streams simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with experience in risk-based testing approaches
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

It´s a Plus:

• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
