Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all‑things‑digital” solutions, is seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer (C#) to join our team and drive the quality assurance of complex, modern web applications through both automated and manual testing.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver + C#/.NET, xUnit, and modern web application testing. You will work with distributed teams, participate in CI/CD flows, drive defect management, and ensure high‑quality product delivery across multiple environments.
This role requires a solid understanding of test automation principles, Agile processes, and the ability to work independently with globally distributed development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans and perform both manual and automated testing activities.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, and related frameworks.
- Coordinate team efforts to resolve issues assigned to the QA team.
- Monitor product quality and ensure timely detection, logging, and resolution of defects.
- Participate in product testing throughout CI/CD pipelines.
- Organize and oversee the defect management process within teams.
- Advocate for integrating testing activities at all stages of the SDLC — design, development, deployment, and improvement.
- Conduct functional testing across the entire product lifecycle, including production environments.
- Collaborate closely with developers to clarify test results, identify regression areas, and ensure shared understanding of quality criteria.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
Must‑have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in QA, including solid background in test automation.
- Strong practical experience with Selenium WebDriver, C#/.NET, and xUnit.
- Experience in testing web applications built on .NET Core, Microservices, AngularJS.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of testing into automated delivery.
- Clear understanding of different testing levels: unit, integration, UI — and what to test where.
- Hands-on experience with cross‑browser and cross‑device testing using automation tools.
- Ability to create and execute both automation and manual test cases and scripts.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
- English: B1+ (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling or similar).
- Knowledge of or experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
