Roles and Responsibilities
- * Provide technical direction and/or project management to a team of technicians and craft labor for the
maintenance, commissioning and installation of gas turbine, steam turbine and generator equipment.
* Prepare and execute job-planning documents that define in detail the operations to be performed through
engineering procedures, drawings, schedules and process work instructions.
* Liaise with customers in job planning, execution, follow up and sales support.
* Communicate schedule details, project milestones, manpower requirements, quality/EHS issues, and
tooling / equipment request to the appropriate GE personnel.
* Provide leadership in the resolution of gas turbine/ steam turbine/ generator technical problems through
interfacing with engineering department.
* Preparation of outage reports, providing an overview of the technical findings, corrective actions and
maintenance recommendations.
* Provide leadership in on-site safety and quality execution.
* Support the business growth requirement by driving customer satisfaction through deliver of top quality
service.
Required Qualifications
- * Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent with solid technical competencies (Power Plant /
Thermal Power / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Control Engineering etc).
* Fluent in English (spoken/written) .
* Strong PC Skills.
* Preferably have relevant experience on GE gas/steam turbines and generators.
* Good knowledge of machinery operation.
* Good sense of safety and security.
* Home based within domestic China.

- * Able to work efficiently independently without direct supervision.
* Desire familiar with MKVIe ToolboxST/Proficy HMI/Foundation Fieldbus software system
* Possess effective communication skills so as to deliver clear messages across to the working partners.
* Must be a good team player, as the position requires working a lot with both the internal personnel and external personnel.
* Strong customer service-oriented as the position requires liaising with customers about the job execution details.
* Management/leadership skills as the position require leading site team to complete job at field.
* High mobility, willingness to adapt and accept changing environment.
* Ability to travel, willing to working at field for longtime (China and abroad).
