Lead payer engagement for the West region to secure rapid formulary coverage and access parity for Xenon products. Build and maintain strategic payer relationships, develop account plans, negotiate contracts, align with Medical Affairs and Value & Access, support field pull-through and training, deliver payer insights, manage budgets, recruit and coach staff, and represent Xenon at industry conferences. Some international travel may be required.

Lead U.S. payer market access for Azetukalner, building relationships with national/regional payers, securing formulary coverage and contracting, developing account strategies, collaborating with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and HEOR, supporting field teams, and representing Xenon at industry conferences to ensure rapid patient access.
