Design, build, and maintain backend services and Apache Camel integration applications for the Medicare Provider Portal. Ensure secure, high-performance, compliant code, follow architectural and CI/CD standards, collaborate with product/QA/operations, participate in Agile ceremonies, diagnose production issues, and mentor junior developers.

Lead and oversee internal audit and compliance programs across healthcare and government contracting operations. Provide strategic direction, risk assessment, audit planning/execution, reporting to executive leadership and the Board, mentor a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and control effectiveness.
