Worldwide Clinical Trials Benefits Overview

Leads the commercial learning and development strategy for a global CRO. Builds learning frameworks, competency models, curricula, onboarding programs, training content, and governance processes from the ground up. Consults with commercial leaders to identify capability gaps, facilitates workshops, supports commercial system onboarding and change communications, and measures learning effectiveness against business metrics. Requires strong instructional design, LMS management, stakeholder influence, communication, and facilitation skills, with travel up to 50%.

Implements, configures, maintains, and modernizes pricing tools and automated business systems. Designs software solutions, integrations, scripts, workflows, monitoring, and reporting using VBA, SQL, Power Query, APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform. Translates user requirements into technical designs, performs coding, testing, code reviews, documentation, quality checks, and issue resolution. Collaborates with Finance, Proposal Management, Contracts, Commercial Operations, vendors, testers, and business users while improving scalability, governance, data integrity, and auditability.

Lead rheumatology clinical trial project management across US/Canada: direct program delivery within cost/time/quality constraints, supervise and mentor project managers, support proposals and business development, manage budgeting/forecasting/resource utilization, drive process improvements for clinical development and project management.
