Lead evolution of the Tiers program, personalized onboarding and funding journeys, and experiences encouraging clients to consolidate their finances. Partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and other teams to launch and iterate products. Help strengthen product management practices and foster an inclusive team culture.

Leads Accounts Engineering, managing approximately eight full-stack developers. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, technical direction, architectural alignment, roadmap prioritization, project planning, operational reliability, on-call health, and delivery quality. The role partners with Product and Data Science, drives high-velocity product launches, manages platform and product engineering priorities, and promotes AI-assisted engineering practices.

Own Wealthsimple’s Connectivity Platform strategy across brokerage and bank linking and the Public API. Lead product vision, roadmap, client experiences, reliability, connector routing, vendor relationships, authentication, consent, permissions, partner integrations, and external financial data access. Balance conversion, fraud, risk, compliance, and operational needs while developing scalable platform capabilities and advancing open banking.
