Build and maintain the full-stack Raise product: polished donor-facing UIs and backend systems. Own features end-to-end, ensure scalability, reliability, and performance, review AI-generated code, collaborate with Product and Design, write clean testable code, and support observability and incident resolution.

Build and manage marketing operations including multi-touch attribution, HubSpot automation, integrations, pipeline and lead management, GA4 tracking, AI-powered reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional alignment to drive pipeline and revenue.

Owner of full-stack features and platform reliability: build scalable web applications, optimize PostgreSQL performance, maintain asynchronous infrastructure (Celery), migrate frontend to server-side HTMX, ship revenue-driving features, ensure observability and SLO-driven reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, write testable code, and participate in architecture and code reviews.

Lead extraction, mapping, cleaning, transforming, and importing complex donor and fundraising data from legacy systems into Virtuous. Use SQL and dbt to design ETL transformations, collaborate on migration strategy, work with customers and internal teams, and solve complex data structure and relationship issues to align legacy data with Virtuous CRM best practices.

The Lead Data Platform Engineer will design and build Virtuous's data platform, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and AI-ready. Responsibilities include architecting access controls, optimizing performance, and enabling self-service analytics while maintaining governance and compliance standards.

The Strategic Account Executive will sell cloud-based CRM software to nonprofits, utilizing consultative selling techniques, and assist in inbound marketing efforts and contract creation.

The Midmarket Account Executive will sell cloud-based software to mid-sized and large nonprofits, leveraging inbound and outbound sales techniques, while managing their own sales pipeline and performing software demos.
