Leads product marketing strategy for VBA’s healthcare technology platform, including positioning, messaging, commercialization, go-to-market launches, competitive intelligence, market research, sales enablement, and revenue alignment. Partners with Product, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to translate complex SaaS capabilities into customer value and business growth. Builds and manages the Product Marketing function, develops scalable processes, supports adoption, and influences product strategy through market insights.

Own and prioritize complex product backlogs, translate strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead Agile delivery across interdependent product areas. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, testing, and releases. Mentor Product Owners, improve delivery practices, and apply AI responsibly to increase product workflow efficiency. Healthcare payer and claims adjudication expertise are central to the role.
