Identify high-impact opportunities, develop personalized and adaptive experiences using data and AI, establish experimentation frameworks, and align Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, Coaching, Operations, and executive stakeholders. The role translates complex healthcare and care-delivery needs into intuitive products, guides company-level investment decisions, evolves the care model, and mentors product leaders.

Deliver recurring and ad hoc commercial analytics, client reporting, performance-guarantee calculations, dashboards, and value measurement. Define and govern metrics, validate data, improve documentation and workflows, and automate repeatable processes. Partner with Client Success, Commercial, Finance, Product, and Analytics teams to translate complex questions into actionable insights, client-ready narratives, and recommendations that strengthen client relationships and inform business strategy.

Execute and optimize multi-channel lifecycle acquisition and engagement campaigns across email, direct mail, and SMS using Braze. Manage segmentation, personalization, triggers, testing, campaign analytics, timelines, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies. Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities while supporting broader growth initiatives such as webinars, landing-page tests, SEO, and SEM. Secure Virta’s cloud-native applications and platform by improving GCP and Kubernetes controls, integrating security into the software lifecycle, automating vulnerability detection and compliance, refining IAM and network security, developing security standards, supporting incident response, and promoting security awareness. The role requires hands-on application security, secure coding, vulnerability management, security testing, Terraform, and Go or Python development experience.

Lead and set technical direction for a cross-functional engineering group owning billing, accounting, membership eligibility, and enrollment systems. Hire, mentor, and scale engineering managers and engineers; define roadmaps, drive cross-functional alignment, and balance technical investments with rapid product delivery while improving systems, architecture, and engineering processes.
