Own strategic relationships with major B2B animal health partners, serving as their primary contact. Develop media plans, manage campaign execution, analyze performance data, lead business reviews, create presentations, onboard and train stakeholders, gather requirements and feedback, and identify growth opportunities. Coordinate internal and external teams, maintain timelines, and recommend improvements that increase partner value and campaign performance.

Chief of Staff responsible for building and leading internal operations, improving company systems and processes, representing leadership, driving cross-functional initiatives, managing a small operations team, strengthening employee experience, and improving internal communications. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, initiative, organizational ability, communication skills, and experience operating effectively in a demanding, growing organization.

Own enterprise business development for Vetcove’s veterinary software platforms, building executive relationships, expanding customer adoption, and closing complex B2B agreements. Lead discovery, RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, forecasting, and pipeline management while partnering with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success. Translate customer needs into product insights, manage relationship risks, and help develop scalable enterprise sales processes. The role is remote within the United States with regular customer and industry travel.
