Leads the platform engineering team responsible for Azure and hybrid infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Kubernetes, CI/CD, security, observability, disaster recovery, and platform reliability. The manager develops engineering strategy, mentors team members, manages operational standards and incident response, drives cloud optimization, and ensures highly available, secure, scalable customer-facing systems. The role combines hands-on architecture and implementation with executive communication, compliance, change management, and team leadership.

Develop and support secure, scalable backend applications using C# and .NET. Lead feature development and medium-to-large initiatives, troubleshoot complex technical issues, contribute to architecture, maintain technical documentation, and improve system performance and reliability.
