Lead development and roadmap of AI-powered products for internal teams and advertisers, translating AI concepts into product requirements, partnering with engineering, data science, sales, and ad ops to launch targeting, creative, analytics, and automation solutions.

Manage product roadmap from discovery through launch: research user problems, define personas, scope features with engineering, write user stories and acceptance criteria, validate hypotheses with analytics and A/B tests, and drive go-to-market and stakeholder adoption.

Own and optimize end-to-end Salesforce and order-management workflows; translate business needs into technical requirements; lead cross-functional projects, testing, and releases; manage change, training, and documentation; and lead, coach, and prioritize work for a team of five to ensure consistent operational execution and scalability.
