Design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure layer (GCP, networking, Kubernetes, IaC) to ensure secure, scalable, cost-efficient platform services. Define IaC standards, improve reliability and observability, manage secrets and IAM, lead incident response, drive cost optimization, and collaborate across teams to shape infrastructure strategy and developer-facing patterns.

Lead architecture and technical direction for a cloud-native contact center platform. Design scalable, reliable frontend and backend systems, resolve complex production incidents, mentor senior engineers, and drive engineering standards and cross-team alignment.

Build and maintain full-stack product features, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and AI integrations to transform customer interaction data into AI-powered experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and support production systems, internal tools, and user-facing interfaces. Own ambiguous problems end-to-end and raise engineering quality across the data and AI platform.

Lead UJET's Core Infrastructure team to design, deploy, and maintain cloud services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability while mentoring team members and collaborating across departments.
