Short-term disability covers 66.67% of your regular pay, capped at $2,500 per week for up to 26 weeks. Long-term disability covers 66.67% of your regular pay, capped at $20,000 per month.

Udemy will match half of your contribution up to 6% of your eligible pay (i.e., base salary, commissions, and bonuses). This means Udemy will contribute a maximum match of 3% if you contribute 6%.
