Coordinates timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and event logistics while providing administrative support to the marketing team. The role is suited to an early-career marketing professional with strong organization, communication, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving skills. Travel of up to 10% annually is required for conferences, off-site meetings, and business events.

Write technical marketing content—including blog posts, guides, tutorials, explainers, video outlines, forum articles, and social copy—for developers, creators, marketers, and AI-native builders. Translate complex video AI concepts into accessible materials, optimize content for SEO, collaborate with product and engineering teams, support external publishing, and monitor competitor messaging. Travel up to 10% annually for conferences, meetings, and business events.

Own the operational backbone of the Legal function, including intake, matter tracking, contract lifecycle management, corporate records, governance calendars, compliance administration, policy management, legal playbooks, outside-counsel coordination, and cross-functional legal projects. The role also manages legal technology, employee training, reporting, and support for privacy, security, AI governance, accessibility, SOC 2, and CMMC initiatives.
