Responsibilities include analyzing property financial performance, cash flows, valuations, loan documentation, deal structures, covenants, and compliance requirements. Participants rotate across business areas, conduct research, support closings and payoff processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop case studies and recommendations for leadership. The program emphasizes technical training, mentorship, commercial real estate knowledge, and long-term career development.
