Requires strong knowledge of clinical engineering and medical device management, with travel up to 50% to client sites and meetings.

Lead portfolio operations to improve speed-to-value across product and IT teams. Own portfolio health, build measurement and dashboarding, remove cross-team friction, standardize operating models, recommend organizational improvements, drive AI/tool adoption, mentor program managers, and communicate status to executives.
