Provides administrative support for human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll assistance, HR communications, training coordination, compliance documentation, and employee engagement activities. Maintains confidential personnel information, updates HR systems, prepares reports and documents, schedules HR activities, and assists employees with general HR questions.

Creates and maintains branded digital and print visual content for marketing, communications, presentations, social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Develops layouts, typography, illustrations, and image edits; prepares print-ready and digital assets; manages design files; collaborates with internal teams and external creative vendors; incorporates feedback; and manages multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support, including phone and email communication, scheduling, document preparation, data entry, recordkeeping, office supply coordination, invoice processing, and assistance with reports and special projects. Maintains organized filing systems, protects confidential information, coordinates across departments, and helps ensure efficient office operations in a full-time onsite environment.

Provides customer support in an onsite trucking operations environment by answering inquiries, coordinating deliveries and schedules, maintaining accurate order records, communicating with drivers and dispatchers, resolving customer concerns, processing requests, and assisting with administrative tasks. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, professionalism, and basic computer skills.
