Develop and optimize Amazon Connect contact center solutions integrated with AWS and Salesforce. Provides executive-level client influence, governs integrations and data foundations, evaluates AI applicability, and supports critical engagements through solution design and recovery.

Collaborate with architects, analysts, and program managers to translate mission requirements into scalable technical designs. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and agency security standards, participate in code reviews, and support testing and troubleshooting in cleared environments. The role requires extensive Salesforce development experience, Federal systems integration expertise, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Lead architecture and delivery for complex Salesforce ecosystems: translate sales inputs into Technical Design Documents, develop Apex/LWC solutions, manage cross-cloud integrations and data migrations, run client workshops, oversee onshore/offshore teams, and enforce development best practices and release management.

Serve as Scrum Master for a federal Salesforce delivery team focusing on Experience Cloud and Agentforce AI. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, align sprints with federal ATO/NIST compliance, track and report metrics (velocity, burndown) using Jira/Azure DevOps, coach teams and stakeholders, and ensure continuous delivery and release readiness.
