Collaborates on protocols, case report forms, randomization and blinding plans, and data monitoring committee charters while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Leads clinical project management and clinical research teams overseeing oncology trial portfolios, resource allocation, budgets, client relationships, risk management, operational KPIs, and process improvements. Manage Oracle and PostgreSQL databases across on-premises and AWS environments, including upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, security, and backup recovery. Design and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend, SQL, Power Automate, and related tools. Perform data profiling, quality analysis, governance, and cloud migration activities. Create technical architecture and lineage documentation while supporting regulated, audit-ready data platforms and integrations.

Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits for Phase I–III oncology clinical trials. Verify source documents, patient eligibility, informed consent, protocol compliance, CRFs, investigational product accountability, safety reporting, and regulatory documentation. Manage site relationships, resolve study issues, protect participant rights, maintain data integrity, and support study timelines. Travel up to 50% may be required.
