Lead and oversee nursing and clinical research operations across referral intake, scheduling, study startup, and patient navigation. Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, implement CTMS/EHR workflows, ensure GCP/GDPR compliance, support protocol feasibility and study allocation, and drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to meet study and patient-care goals.

Prepare and submit regulatory documents (IRB, FDA, IBC) for oncology clinical studies, draft informed consents, maintain Investigator Site Files, act as point of contact with Sponsors/CROs and regulatory bodies, track activities in regulatory systems, and respond to inquiries and status requests.

Develop, implement, and maintain clinical trial budgets and financial guidelines. Review protocols, perform coverage analysis, prepare and negotiate budgets and contract payment terms, and coordinate with clinical teams and sponsors to ensure billing compliance.

Lead protocol specialist responsible for developing, maintaining, and quality-reviewing protocol-driven study documents. Oversees and mentors other Protocol Specialists, presents forms at committee meetings, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, ensures version control, and supports accurate translation of protocol requirements into operational documents for oncology clinical trials.
