Coordinates GEF and GBFF funding pipelines, proposals, partner engagements, events, research, knowledge management, and cross-functional deliverables. Maintains CRM and project records, tracks deadlines and risks, prepares briefings and communications, supports government and multilateral relationships, and progressively owns defined projects. Requires collaboration across countries, cultures, and time zones, with occasional international travel.

Manages the full lifecycle of Impact Finance & Markets agreements, including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, approvals, execution, amendments, tracking, deliverables, and close-out. Advises staff on contractual requirements, compliance, risks, and process improvements while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Purchasing, Information Security, and Records Management. Maintains records and delegation-of-authority documentation, supports awards management, develops guidance and training, and improves contracting workflows, systems, and reporting.

Leads financial strategy, planning, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and resource allocation for the Great Plains Division. Serves as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, oversees finance and contracts activities, ensures compliance, and translates financial data into actionable recommendations. Manages an 18-person finance team with six direct reports, supports fundraising and revenue planning, oversees financial systems initiatives including Workday stabilization, and directs multiple cross-functional projects.

Provides financial management for the Corporate Insurance team, including budgeting, forecasting, expense and revenue management, journal entry support, self-insurance fund management, reporting, and analysis. Monitors performance, trends, variances, risks, and opportunities; maintains financial data integrity; supports compliance, process improvements, system implementations, and staff guidance.

Leads fisheries transparency initiatives across Europe and Africa by designing, implementing, and scaling electronic monitoring programs. Builds partnerships with governments, industry, technology providers, and civil society; provides technical guidance on policy, governance, financing, and implementation; manages complex projects, grants, and collaborations; develops stakeholder capacity; negotiates solutions; and represents the organization in policy and international forums.

Leads fisheries transparency initiatives across the Americas by designing, implementing, and scaling electronic monitoring programs. Builds partnerships with governments, industry, technology providers, regional fisheries organizations, and civil society. Provides technical, policy, governance, financing, and implementation guidance; manages complex collaborations, projects, grants, and teams; negotiates solutions; supports fisheries data integration; and represents the organization in national and international forums.

Provides specialized financial analysis, accounting, reporting, and strategic advisory support to Capital Markets and other business units. Manages cash flow transactions, debt and credit ratings, funding strategies, financial models, performance reporting, risk analyses, and conservation finance transactions. Oversees compliance, projects, vendors, and potentially staff while advising senior leadership on financial and lending decisions.

Supports implementation of The Nature Conservancy’s public fundraising strategy through project coordination, operational support, knowledge management, reporting, budgeting, meeting coordination, and relationship management. Maintains strategy tools and dashboards, supports CRM adoption, coordinates internal and external meetings, prepares presentations and communications, monitors expenditures, and assists public-sector engagement activities.
